Compared to the alpaca fiber (same fineness), the llama fiber cavity is larger in diameter, so it breathes in warm weather and better insulates in cold weather. Llama Soft Baby fibers are lighter and knit pieces from it get a nice shine, no pilling and keeps its shape when worn properly. What makes this fiber unique is that it is hyper-allergenic, antimicrobial and water repellent.
