Description: Lledo Days Gone Diecast ModelLP31001 - Horse-Drawn Brewers Dray Burt's Ales Limited Edition Jack Odell, one of the founders of the Matchbox diecast company, founded Lledo (Odell backwards) in 1982, and launched the "Days Gone" range of models in 1983, taking over a market previously popularised by the Matchbox "Models of Yesteryear" series. Many of the models featured replicas of commercial vehicles, from early horse-drawn carts through to the trucks and vans of the 1930s, decorated with the logos and liveries of household name brands. Lledo also established themselves as the market leader for companies and organisations who wished to order models with their own logo or livery for marketing or promotional purposes. This model from 1988 was a Limited Edition of just 1,000 produced for Burt's Ales from the Isle of Wight. Excellent pre-owned condition. In original box.
