Description: This large lap size quilt (measuring approximately 40" by 47") is made from pieced cotton fabrics and polyester batting. The cotton fabrics used feature scraps of fabrics from lots of sources. It has many child friendly images, making it a great "I Spy with my Little Eye" game quilt - perfect for a child who needs quiet activities. There are duplicate fabrics so you can ask "Can you find another ____?" Or it has a variety of themes in it so you can ask "Can you find another dog?" or "How many Star Wars references are on this quilt?" and so forth. It is hand-quilted to hold the layers of batting and cloth. Hand quilting provides the loft or puffiness that allows for heat retention/insulation as well as keeping the quilt light and fluffy. You can machine wash and dry this quilt, but I always recommend a cool and gentle wash. This quilt was handmade in a non-smoking but pet friendly home.
