And now we progress on to learning how transistors work as switches and building the same circuits from the first kit using transistors; just like how a CPU or Integrated Circuit uses Transistors to function. After mastering Logic Gates with Transistors, we move on to Logic Gate Learning Kit #3 - XOR. There we learn about using Transistors in pre-built packages called Integrated Circuits or ICs. With ICs, we combine all three of the simple Logic Gates into an XOR Gate, which is at the core of how computers store & compute data.
