Description: LONDON TIMES Young Women’s Yellow Ruffled-Neckline Sleeveless Dress - Size 4. There are three ruffles along the neckline (shown in pictures). The zipper is about 10”. There is also a little hook above that. The dress is about 35” long (I took a few pictures of different measurements). My daughter wore this once at her college graduation (school color!). Then it was dry cleaned and hung in the closet. This was my daughter’s, and she is purging her closets. My daughter is 5’2”, for reference. Condition is “used”, though it is in beautiful shape.
