Description: This is a RARE Longaberger 2014 Master Studio Serenity Basket Set. This collection holds the four-generation history of Longaberger's craft legacy. Each unique basket is a tribute to the Americans who design and weave them for you in our concept studio. Only 3 Longaberger Weavers were considered Master Weavers and capable of weaving the Master Studio Collection. The Master's Studio Collection brings together the two weaving styles in which JW Longaberger was skilled. The first basket to feature cane weaving, this masterpiece celebrates a centuries-old method of weaving used often for chair seats. The Basket measures 14"RD x 4.5"H. The Set includes the Basket, Protector, Lid and Special Box. The Basket features a Maple Lid with Chocolate cane weaving with a Light Warm Brown outer ring turned on a lathe. The basket is woven with alternating Chocolate and Light Warm Brown splints and weaving and a Chocolate board bottom has rounded beading detail. The Master Weaver signs the bottom of the Basket with their full signature. This Basket is brand new, in its original box and comes from my smoke-free home. See images for exact condition.
