Description: This oboe was overhauled in my shop with new pads and is in perfect adjustment and playing condition. This oboe, serial number DC52 was made either in the late 70s or early 80s and has the fully automatic octave key system. It has a very full and lush classic Lorée sound. The silver plating is about 80% with normal cosmetic wear and the wood has no cracks. This is a wonderful professional instrument with a lot of life left in it.
