It was still in the plastic bag. Each box contains enough for one wheel. So you will have enough to do both wheels or share with your brother, they are dated 2014 and were made by Britz,Ltd. it has 6 mounting ties and fit almost all 20"and over, it does not work with wheels that have abnormally high or low number of spoke. If you are a international bidder please let me know before you bid so I can add extra packing.
