Cover is glossy with minimal wear. Note 6 pages have creases at top right corners where pages were turned down. See photos. 2. MEASUREMENT OF RECTANGULAR SOLIDS Grades 5-6 (2012) ISBN 9781695199679 — By building boxes from a set of rectangles, students recognize surface area is a measure of covering and they develop a procedure of finding the sum of the areas of the rectangular faces. By filling the boxes with cubes, students develop the concept of volume as a measure of filling. Formula of base times height modeled and taught in hands-on way. This book is in very good condition with only light wear to glossy cover. Binding is tight and there is no writing to the interior. The CD is unopened. Great price for hard to find books with accompanying CDs that will make an excellent addition to a teacher’s arsenal for teaching math concepts.
