Description: Up for sale is a lot of 2 hack plugs and 1 working stem for a Bulova Accutron 214. These tools are not part of 214 movements but are useful in the repair of 214 movements. A hack plug gets snapped into the spot where the stem normally goes. It moves the setting wheel and hack spring to the running position, just like if a stem was there, thereby allowing the movement to run and be worked on out of the case. The working stem is a brass knob attached to a steel pin which fits into a hole in the edge of a 214 movement. This working stem allows the movement to be handled without touching the actual movement. The movement in the photo is just for display purposes to show how the tools are used and is not included in the listing. You will get 3 items total.
