Description: After a lifetime of collecting vinyl I am now downsizing radically. All albums are mine, most in excellent condition and played on high quality equipment. This is Lou Reed's classic album, Transformer, LSP 4807,1972. It's a first pressing with orange labels, the misprint re Englana (England), and 1E 1E stamped matrixes (not very clear) and etched A1AAAG and A1AAAN matrixes.The vinyl is excellent, no better but no worse. There are a couple of visible marks (see photo) but play testing does not indicate any problems with play, which is clear and bright, with faint crackles to initial run in's. Plain white original inner, and a VVG outer sleeve, the Matte finish (not laminated), with mild wear, rubbing and creasing to corners and edges, good spine, no splits or tears, faint ringwear.
