Description: Contacted a Louis Vuitton information (chat line) site and was told this is a vintage shawl which is no longer crafted. They confirmed the color is called Anthracite which was inspired by House travel blankets. It features a jacquard LV pattern and "Louis Vuitton" signature. Generously sized (55"x55"), it envelops the wearer in lightweight warmth. The sewn tag markings indicate this is an MR0198 M74752 shawl made in Italy with a fabric composition of 60% silk and 40% wool. Images of the front and back of the shawl are shown. Was more interested in showing the fringe edges all around to show there was no damage to that feature. As can be seen, these images were taken on a mattress top and the lighting didn't lend itself well to preventing the shadowing. This will be mailed USPS Standard Mail within the United States and insured for the full purchase price. I use eBay's global shipping option and will mail to eBay's forwarding location within the U.S. in the event this is sold to a foreign buyer.
