Description: Lovely vintage designer 14 Kt. yellow gold and onyx large stud earrings. These pretty earrings are one inch long point to point or 3/4” across, edge to edge and weigh 4.6 grams. They can be worn as shown or with the earrings facing up as a square as the posts are located in the center of the back. Each earring features a square, highly polished onyx, or similar, stone with a textured section of 14 Kt. yellow gold that measures nearly 1/2” by just under 1/4” across the front and that wraps all of the way around the back to the post fasteners. These elegant earrings are in very good vintage condition with no damage other than, perhaps, very minor surface wear. They are hallmarked, “PDR” and “14 Kt.” and they have been professionally tested as 14 Kt. gold. The clutch fasteners are also 14 Kt. gold and they are marked as such. They are not identical as one was obviously replaced at some point, but they are very similar. The difference is quite subtle.
