These large, heavy bowls are genuine solid copper, NOT "copper toned metal" as some listed on eBay. From the 1960s These lovely solid copper shallow bowls were imported from Denmark by my parents. The plan was for my Dad to convert them into Kitchen copper clocks. He passed away before he was able to do so and the bowls have just been in storage for many years. AGED APPEARANCE. CONDITION: The pans show shelf wear with LOTS of patina. The bowls have stains, smudges, marks and minor scratches. Bowls have not been polished for decades and they need a good cleaning! I truly believe the pan will look great after a full polish. Vintage, aged solid copper. Each bowl varies in the amount of shelf wear and aging it has. The bowls are UNLINED copper. PANS ARE TAPERED IN SHAPEAPPROXIMATE MEASUREMENTS:The pan measures appx 13-3/8 inches in diameter across the TOP OUTER opening, NOT including hanging hook. TOP INSIDE OPENING DIAMETER: 11-3/4 inchesBOTTOM INSIDE DIAMETER: About 9-1/2 inches acrossAbout 2-3/8 inches high Heavy bowls. Note: Weight per pan varies slightly.
