Top tier has metal tightener as well. - Hercules straight cymbal stand with metal pivot feet and a plastic Ludwig tightener. The small metal screw for the upper tier of the stand is sheered off. However, the stand still goes high because of the long bottom tier. This stand is missing the blue/olive Ludwig sticker badge. - Hercules double Tom mount stand that appear all original. The plastic tightening screw has half of it missing, but it still turns and tightens fine. All stands could use a good cleaning.
