Description: Made in St Clement France. Proud Cocky Rooster & Cherries 9 1/2” Diameter.. Beautiful St Clement France Hand Painted with a whimsical cocky rooster walking through the Grass holding ? Edges trimmed in red/pink color on the scalloped edge. Signed on back in pink and number 63. The rooster is the symbol of France and the hand-painted red bird in holding a spear topped with a bonnet of liberty! This French revolutionary theme decorative plate measures 91/2inches across and has a lovely scalloped red trimmed border decorated with red cherries. It is marked in red at the back: “St Clement France 63”. The is a chip on front edge and one on back please see last 2 photos.
