Description: MalaikaGuardian Angel of Love"Angel Bearer Of Good News" I wish I could tell you more about the artist that created this great piece, but I have failed to identify who that may be. There are initials and a date on the bottom and a unique mark on the front hem of Malaika's gown, but it hasn't helped in my search. This 14 1/2 inch figure is also a candle holder. She has a matte finish gown, hair and face. Her Halo and wings are an iridescent white. She may have been holding something in her praying hands at one time (I am not sure). She has no cracks, chips or breaks. Please check out all of the pictures for full details. This wonderful piece is extremely detailed, both in the sculpting and in the Hand Painting. This piece comes from a collectors estate in Baltimore Maryland.
