She's found her true calling. She is the Manhunter. And she likes it! I am not a comics grader, but I try to be as thorough as possible when assessing books for any flaws. I don't believe in using a number grade system - to me they are mostly utilized as a method to be ambiguous about exact condition and/or individual imperfections - but I do attempt to describe anything other than minor cover shelf-scuffing/scratching in detail. If a certain flaw discussed below does not mention that it affects inside pages, then it does not. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This copy is in good to very good condition, especially when considering its age, with a solid spine and excellent overall inside pages (photo#13 example). It has some mostly lighter and primarily external signs of wear. **Photo#4: -Upper spine corner: Light scuffing. **Photo#5:-Lower spine corner: Very light scuffing. **Photo#6: -Front cover top edge: ~1/2" scuff/indent near spine corner, otherwise little if any shelf-wear/scuffing.-Outer corner: Small scuff/bend, goes thru ~1/2 pages as a light bend, and thru ~20 pages near book's middle as a tiny indent. **Photo#7:-Front cover bottom edge: ~1/2" scuff/indent near the spine corner, another near its middle (photo#10 w/illumination), otherwise light levels of shelf-scuffing/wear.-Outer corner: Small/light horizontal indent nearby corner. Small indent/scuff/bend at corner itself, goes thru ~12 pages as a light indent/bend. **Photo#8: -Back cover top edge: Light if any shelf-scuffing/wear.-Outer corner: Small/light vertical indent/depression nearby corner (photo#11 w/llumination). Tiny indent/scuff/bend at corner itself, goes thru ~1/2 pages as a light bend. **Photo#9:-Back cover bottom edge: 3 small scuffs spread around it, otherwise light if any shelf-scuffing/wear.-Outer corner: Minimal wear. **Additionally: Front cover possesses 3 small indents and a patch of light scratching near the spine corner's lower half. Small indent/depression near bottom edge's middle, 2 more tiny/lighter ones near cover's center. Back cover has a ~1"x~1" patch of sticker residue near the bottom edge (photo#12 w/illumination - might come off; I prefer not to mess with them). -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I both buy to read as well as sell TPBs on here, so I understand how aggravating it is to receive a comic damaged in transit.
