The box may be pre-opened prior to shipping time to insure all the bolts & hardware are inside. The mounting bracket has a 45 degree angle which is suitable for USA and Canadian latitudes for increased winter performance. Note: The tile roof / "sloped roof mount" that is seen in one of the pictures isn't included. This ships with the larger 45 angle mount for northern latitudes. To make a complete solar collector, buyer will need to purchase or already have evacuated tubes ( size is 58* 72 inch 1800mm) See separate listing for tubes. These manifold external chassis appear to be an aluminum alloy with copper on all the connection ports. The mounting hardware also appears to be aluminum with some stainless steel. These manifolds in this listing are new. On the used manifolds, no rust has been seen on several separate installations after several seasons. Manifold and frames withstand California weather well.
