Description: Here are 14 pieces of new old stock general purpose monolithic RF amps in surface mount configuration. These were made for Mini-Circuits as MAR-6 (DC-2000 MHz) amps but I was told when I got them that they outperform standard MAR-6! (Not sure why, gain a little higher at top end maybe??) I have been told these are probably Si-Ge types. Mar 6 is 1.34 ea./25 pcs., you can buy for 1/2 price here and get a very interesting part that works well (I have used these myself).
