Description: THE PRINTED IMAGE IS APPROXIMAGELY 9.75" SQUARE WITH NUMBERS AND SIGNATURE BELOW. PAPER SIZE IS 12.5" ACROSS BY 13.25" TALL. THIS WAS PREVIOUSLY FRAMED AND HAS HINGING TAPE ON REAR AT TOP. I REMOVED THE PRINT FROM THE FRAME, AFTER 10 YEARS ON MY WALL, IN THE HOPES OF LOCATING A COA. I DID NOT FIND A COA, HOWEVER, I DID NOTE LIGHT MARGIN FOXING I HAD NOT SEEN IN THE TEN YEARS IT WAS ON MY WALL. SEE DESCRIPTION 1- While there is no COA, the item and signature are clearly that of the artist. I obtained the title from another online listing of this print 2- There are two light foxing spots on right margin that were covered by the original mat. There is more significant, but also very light, foxing on the bottom margin. Much of it was under the matting but several light spots do exist above the bottom edge of the pencil signature. Since I was unable to see it for over 10 years, I would think that the right color matting would help to make it even less obvious. My original mats were a black inner mat and a plumb color large exterior mat 3- The number appears to be 146 of 300. While another copy of this lithograph exists on ebay at an absurd price, they did something with the color saturation to make it "brighter" but also inaccurate. PLEASE NOTE THAT: A- (PHOTO 9 & 10) WERE TAKEN TO SHOW THE REAR OF THE PAPER AND THE HINGING TAPEB- (PHOTO 6,7,8) WERE TAKEN SPECIFICALLY TO SHOW THE LIGHT FOXING ON THE BOTTOM AND (PHOTO 8) THE FEW SPOTS ON THE RIGHT MARGIN. Picasso, Braque, Matisse, Rouault, Vlaminck, Chagall, Vuillard and Dufy are his patrimony, and he has carried their mantel with unflagging dedication."
