Description: *Fantastic and rare Vintage Maritime Miniature Painting of what I believe was the Holland America, Cruise Liner "Amerika'. Framed Original Fine Art, Singed lower right hand corner, C. Hagener. Painting was created and sold as a "Souvenir" Andenken translations: souvenir, keepsake, remembrance in German. *Seems C. Hagener did these paintings for other ships as well. Beautifully executed with oils on a very fine canvas applied to a wooden panel. Framed in it's original wooden period frame. *Excellent vintage condition, with some slight chipping to the black "Lacquer" like finish on the sides of the frame, though certainly nothing distracting. ***Please ZOOM the photos to appreciate all the details, as well as to best understand overall condition.
