Please do not purchase if this is a concern for you.Vintage original Marx items (except for figures may be Tim-Mee) and some pieces may originally have come from the Marx Sears D-Day set (had the original box for the 1963 Marx Sears Allstate D Day Landing Set #6012), and had some other items from Battleground set, etc. and had some other items from Battleground, etc. The figures may be from another manufacturer as they are slightly larger in size compared to the Marx Battleground figures we have and a lighter olive green color.Includes the C Shape Bunker Sandbag terrain, and the other piece of terrain with some parts broken off (compare both sides to see what is missing), one piece of fence that has damage on the one end, variety of In Action Soldier Figures and rifle, machine gun and belt accessory. Terrain piece and Bunker has some although not much of the green coloring more noticeable on the underside. No damage on the sandbag bunker.The figures are slightly larger in size compared to the Battleground figures and may be from a different manufacturer and slight color difference on a couple of them within the group as shown. The one figure holding binoculars in one hand on the other side of figure is damaged on face area and part of arm missing.
