Description: Mattel Vintage Barbie Outfit #1492 "Silver Polish" 1969 Outfit Complete was a HAVE to HAVE back in the early 70's! The yellow linen coat is still in perfect condition despite all of the hostess's cocktail parties and the yellow bow and hook are still sturdy. The outfit was stored in a smoke-free home but the front of the silver jumpsuit have small tan spots whereas the oxidation got to the silver through the opened yellow long jacket :-(. The back of the silver jumpsuit has no small dots therefore was not exposed to much air. The Silver jumpsuit fishnet around above waist is mint condition though, as id the brocade border design on the yellow linen coat. The small elastic and hook eye on back is like new as is the linings of both garments. I hope you enjoy this addition to the wardrobe!
