Page size is 12 5/8” x 10 3/4”, image size is 12”x 9 3/4”. MP signature bottom center (photo #9). There is a small 1 3/4” stain/discoloration in the margin in the bottom right corner (photo #10). Trimming/framing would remedy completely. Otherwise Color & condition are excellent. Reverse side is blank. Fortunately the crease in the front cover did not affect the contents. The last 2 photos, the book itself, is shown for provenance only and is “Not” included. Will ship rolled/tubed for safety and economy. I refund shipping charges over actual.
