It is from the 1989 World Stamp Expo in Washington DC and is franked on the face as Lincoln Day November 17, 1989. It is in near mint condition with minor corner wear. This does not mean I am rejecting your offer, it means I am willing to negotiate a mutually acceptable price. if there is a problem: if there is a problem with your order please contact me before you open a case on eBay. I will try to resolve the problem as soon as I can. When you message me, I will usually reply within 24 hours at most. In your message, please include a description of the problem and, if you can, send a photo as well. If there is damage to the card or it otherwise is not the same as in my listing, please include all details, for example title of the card, why it is different or damaged, any tags or identifying marks and photos. I will try to fix the problem in your favor without the need to use eBay's resolution center. I don't accept returns generally. So if you receive the wrong item most times you will not need to return it. It is important to know that you will have choices in the event of a problem, so I might offer you a replacement of equal or greater value, or a refund.
