Decal is 6, 8 or 10 inches across. These are Die Cut Decals where the white/gray area is what is removed. These decals are cut and the color you choose will be the only thing on the decal. There is no background or clear plastic. The Background will be what you put it on. If you put it on tinted windows, then the window will be replacing the white area.
