Description: This auction is for a brand new RARE McDonalds Ty Beanie Baby Maple that has two (2) Errors on the tush tag. McDonalds Ty Beanie Baby Maple The Bear. This bear has a tag with 2 errors on it. The errors are 1993 and the spelling of the city of Oakbrook which is two words (Oak Brook). Ty Bear is in original packaging. Package Is new and bear has never been removed from the package. The Beanie Baby Bear, Maple, was born July 1, 1996 and was introduced on February 27, 1997. This McDonald's promotion was a Ronald McDonald House Charity bear and also introduced three (3) other international bears. The errors on Maple's tush tag say 1993 even though the box states that the bear's birthday is July 1, 1996. Also, the tush tag states it is registered in Oakbrook, Illionois, which is a mistake because the city (where Ty headquarters is located) is spelled with a space (Oak Brook). The bear has not been removed from the package. I have verified that these errors do exist because there are 2 small flaps on the back of the package that I opened one of the flaps gently to take pictures of the tag. The item is from a pet and smoke free home. I will ship the package by priority mail and I will also require a signature confirmation to protect all parties.
