Any item damage noticed will be in photos. · You enter a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item, your offer for an item is accepted, or if you have the winning bid (or your bid is otherwise accepted) · Our shop offers a NO return or refund policy, if an item is returned, must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it must include all items that were in the original package. Shipping Terms · Shipments go out 1-4 days after purchase during regular business hours. · Oversized items quoted UPS or FedEx cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes · Any items sold under $5 may ship in bubble envelope. · Records $5 or under, Books $10 or under, or Fabric/Clothing $20 or under will ship in bubble envelopes. · Combined shipping is available for items that sell for over $5 each. You can request a total in the cart section of eBay, or checkout and a shipping discount will be sent if the shipping ends up costing less than quoted. Our shop is not responsible for the shipper?s errors. Weather, lost packages, typos in shipping address or any other issues of that nature by the shipper are out of control. If any losses occur, compensation to you the customer must wait until the shipper resolves the situation, usually between 15-25 business days. NO EXCEPTIONS. Also, should any item received be damaged/broken, the buyer agrees to save all packing materials from shipment pending review by the shipping company. Payment Terms · payment must be made no later than 4-Days from end of auction. If payment is not received, you automatically forfeit the item.
