Description: Mid 19th Century 1850s Elegant Domed Button Pendant Hand Tooled Metal Gold Tone This unique and interesting antique button was repurposed back in the mid to late 20th century or so to create this magnificent pendant for a necklace. The pendant is preowned and is in good and acceptable condition for the right person. The antique button is from the mid 1800s and is a gold tone button with a hand tooled design pattern. The button was affixed to a standard gold tone pendant backing with top bale to string your own necklace through. The button itself is pretty rare, we haven't been able to find one like it in this exact design. Conditional issues are - the button face has surface scratching and wear. There is a small amount of metal degradation on the front. The pendant back has surface scratching and some rub off marks of the gold tone. There is a square discoloration in the back from an old price tag that has since been removed. This pendant measures approximately 1 & 1/8" long (with the bale included) x 7/8" wide.
