Dimensions: 36” tall X 31 1/2” wide X 33” deep X Seat area 21” X 21” seat to floor 16” Condition: Solid, Sturdy and sound- well built! Upholstery is missing 1 button on seat (see photos) no rips, holes or problems. Tightening mechanism won’t turn so it leans back very easy- may be able to be fixed or adjusted?? AS/IS for the tightening knob for adjusting tightness.
