Description: This is a listing for a lot of "renewal" orings for the brew unit, water tank and hot water nozzle for both a Miele CAV 610 (220 volt) and a CVA 615 (120 volts) coffee makers. These orings should be changed about every 500 cups or so to prevent leaking water or coffee (or both) into the machine. There is an oring (sealing ring) for the stem of the outlet valve inside the water tank and a lip seal that fits in the seat at the rear of the floor where the water tank sits. The hot water nozzle is recessed in a slot in the wall just to the left of where the brew unit locks into place. A picture is attached which you can enlarge in order to see the two red orings on the nozzle. This ivory colored nozzle puts the hot water into the brew unit. There are instructions included with the kit for replacing all the orings and the lip seal except for the large red oring on the brew unit. Taking that oring off and replacing it is pretty straight forward. If you don't have any food grade silicon for lubicating the orings, just use some vaseline or lip gloss. None of those items are harmful and they will all be good lubricants to help with the installation of these items. If these items were purchased individually they would cost over $70.
