Details below*** Miele Triflex Motorized Floor Brush Head Repair service Has your Miele Triflex motorized brush stopped working properly? Is the brush no longer spinning? No longer automatically switching between hard floor mode (slow spin) and carpet mode (fast spin)? The Miele Triflex is a great vacuum but may have issues with the motorized brush head. A new replacement can cost over $325! Most issues can be repaired. This auction is for repair service, once purchased you ship your motorized brush head unit to us for service. We fully disassemble the unit, make internal repairs which bring your brush head back to correct operation. This auction is strictly for a repair service and shipping costs, we don’t sell replacement brush head units nor can we repair broken external case parts, etc. We only service Miele brush head models SEB 430 and SEB 435, we don’t service any other models. Here’s how it works: 1. Check the model number of your brush head, it's on a sticker on the bottom of the unit (see attached photos). Ensure that the brush head does not have visible damage, cracks, missing pieces, etc. Fixing such conditions are not part of this service. 2. Once you verify the brush head is either a SEB 430 or SEB 435 model, purchase the service through the eBay system. The service costs $100 which includes return shipping. 3. After purchasing the service on eBay, we will send you the address to ship the brush head to. Please carefully package the brush head. You pay for shipping sending the unit to us for service. 4. Upon receipt, we will asses the problem, perform the necessary repair and ship the brush head back to you. Typical turnaround time is 5 to 7 business days. 5. If for some reason the brush head cant be repaired due to issues beyond the scope of this service we will refund $85, which is the initial payment of $100 less a $15 return shipping fee.
