Description: Tokai Goldstar Sound Stratocaster Strat Electric Guitar - Sunburst, Tortoise. Besides the faux tortoise pickguard, the plastics are black. This guitar has a very nice feeling neck and smooth fret ends. I would not call it a super fast neck; it just feels really well crafted. The guitar feels a little heavy for a strat to me at 8 lbs. 4 oz. The sound is gorgeous and I think I would play it more if it was a little lighter! I do not know for sure if the electronics are original, though, as I have not removed the pickguard and it appears that most Tokais use mostly white plastics. Aside from basic light scratches and other normal play wear, there's a ding in the finish on the lower bout, another one on the horn, and a somewhat more superficial one in back, all of which I have tried to picture.
