These have a plastic knob at the top (Not aluminum). See the photo with the red pointer. They are spring loaded. They are 11-1/2" long. The jaw grips wire good and the cutter works good. Squeeze the handle and push the rivet pin to lock them, then squeeze the handle to release the spring pin locking rivet after the twist.
