Preparation: Either eat right out of the can or rehydrate and use like regular cheese. To rehydrate the cheese, just add 2 cups of water to 1 cup of cheese and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then drain excess fluid and pat dry cheese with paper towel. That's it, now you have fresh, shredded Mozzarella Cheese ready to be used in any recipe!
