Made by Creative co-op Inc. for Hallmark stores. Hallmark stickers on back. Creative Co-op is based in Tennessee. These cute stocking shaped pieces feature imbedded blue stones or glass for decoration . The backs have sliding backing holders as most contemporary pix frames. The back is then covered by round velvet covers. Ribbons are attached for hanging. Original tags still on. They are created from some sort of metallic product so there is a little weight to them.
