Description: My uncle in New Orleans bought and placed penny scales all around town in the 40'sand 50's and this is a mirror from one of the scales. I believe it was off a Watling with fortunes feature. Frame is cast aluminum and backing is sheet metal. I only have the one wing nut as seen. Look at the pics to determine if it is the one you need.
