MISS REVLON Ideal VT-18 W/Original Box & Clothes COMPLETE! HTF STRAWBERRY BLONDE

Description: Up on the auction block today is an Ideal vintage 1950's 18" Revlon doll. Though the doll has not been played with, she does have some wear consistent with age, storing, and handling. She comes in her original box, which is hard to find. Ironically, the box is from the 1950s in Schottenstein’s in Columbus, Ohio. Another ironic fact is that it was only $14.88 then, but I guess this was a huge price tag during that time. She does have a few issues, which I will detail below and in pictures: •1 Earring is missing, and the other one is aged. •There’s green from the metal being in the ears against the body. This can be removed by using a light and pimple cream, but I will let her new family handle it. •The necklace has some wear on it. I’m not sure if it’s dirt or if its wear from age. •The dress has fading on the back. Possibly the crinoline has faded from underneath it. •The box is in fair to poor condition.•Slight musty smell from storage/age She does have good hair that doesn’t seem brittle and unmanageable, though it’s not as smooth as it once was. She is a hard-to-find strawberry blonde, which is coveted among collectors. She has her original panties, stockings, and even her shoes. She’s all original and having the box, even though I’ve taped it in areas, is still a treat. She comes from a smoke and bug free home. She’s perfect for a Christmas gift. *Stand not included!
