Description: Purchased at a garage sale. No idea of the significance of this. The seller said that he had no idea what was in it. Took a chance although I was skeptical. I don't really find anything of any significance in it. The dollar bill appears to be blue seal. One of the foreign bills is taped as shown in pictures. The really corroded Penny appears to be current so don't know why that would be in there. Please see pictures and make your own determination as to whether or not it is worth anything.
