Description: This is an in-store cardboard floor display case for the second series of M&M French Pocket Surprise Figures, released in fall of 1998. When fully displayed, box measures 35" tall, 21" wide and 10" deep. (90cm x 53cm x 25cm), the top header easily removes and the top section fits inside the base. when collapsed, (last photo) box measures 14" x 21" x 10"(36cm x 53cm x 25cm). Box is in VERY GOOD condition, only real flaw is a light cut through about 5" of the header, (see 1st photo), also has some very minor creases. This box was obtained at a French "Hypermarket" (The French eqivilent of a Super Walmart) in 1998 and kept stored in a smoke-free, climate controlled home since new. The "M&M Pocket (or Pochette) Surprise Figures" were released only in France, in a bag contained 18 M&M candies and a capsule. The capsule contained a surprise M&M figure or toys, you never know what you get with your purchase. Surprise items included 3 dimensional plastic figures (the scarcest & most desirable), flat sticker figures, jigsaw puzzles, stencils, as well as toys & games, some M&M related, others not. The first wave of figures & toys was released in the fall of 1997 and were available less than one year, in the fall of 1998, the second wave was released, in fall of 1999 some third wave figures were mixed with the second wave figures & toys.
