This is truly a rare and unique Disney Pin!!!! The Disney Corporation started the Disney Institute program in 1996 out of Disney World in Florida. It was a program to share Disney's business success story to other business and individuals across the country. Although it was designed for people to travel to Disney World for training (which drove up the cost for both the stay and the training), Disney also offered to send a team out to various groups, communities, and organizations to do a one-day training seminar at your location. This version of the Disney Institute program was discontinued by Disney after 2000. It exists today as an online course (check out their website). I don't know how many of these out-reach "Keys To Excellence" programs were actually held. This is a rare pin; I have seen two without their cards in used condition, non MOC Mint on Card..
