Description: Estate FindLeucosModel Gill 45Table LampRoberto Pamio, Designer We offer the Model Gill 45 table lamp designed in the 1960s by Roberto Pamio for the Italian manufacturer Leucos.The table lamp has a hand blown Murano glass diffuser that sets atop a black aluminum cylinder base. The E27 porcelain bulb socket light source is controlled by a dimmer. The black electrical cord has a European plug with a US adapter plug.The Model Gill 45 table lamp measures 18 3/4” in height with a shade diameter of 17 1/8”. The aluminum cylinder base measures 10” in height with a diameter of 6 3/4”.The Model Gill 45 table lamp is presented in very good vintage condition with no chips, cracks, breaks or repairs. Roberto PamioBorn in Venezia Mestre in 1937 Pamio became active as an architect and furniture and industrial designer from 1961 and went on to study architecture at the Univesità di Venezia, graduating in 1968. While he works independently he has also had successful collaborations with the likes of Renato Tosso and his clients include Zanussi-Rex, Peguri, Stilwood, Arclinea, Cidue, FAI, Leucos and Arflex. He specialises in residential, commercial and industrial architecture and works both as a Product Designer and a Retail Project Director. His designs have received international aclaim and he received the Product Design Award, Chicago in 1985, the Roscoe Award, New York in 1985 and the Premio Compasso d’Oro in 1987.
