I dialed the 1-800 # for Warranty Repairs and FOSSIL Services answers the phone so I assume FOSSIL manufactured this item.This item was found in a large estate I am helping to liquidate. The widow says her late husband was at one time a cell phone dealer so I assume these were given to dealers as a promotional item
