It is in Mint/Brand New condition: all original and unused. THE CONDITION OF THIS CABOOSE IS BASED ON APPEARANCE ONLY, AND IT WAS NOT TESTED FOR OPERATING PERFORMANCE. This sharp-looking Southern Pacific Caboose is painted in white throughout the body of the car with blue and red striping and with gold end platforms, gold trucks and white ladders, and it has perfect blue and red lettering and clean, crisp, realistic Southern Pacific, Spirit of 1776 and Buy Savings Bonds emblems and markings. It is 10.75 inches long, and it comes with interior overhead lighting, an attractive and colorful paint scheme, a detailed plastic body, a detailed car interior, die-cast metal four wheel trucks, metal wheels and axles, operating die-cast metal couplers, fast-angle wheel sets, needle-point axles, metal hand rails and with two detailed brake wheels. It also comes with an original owner's manual and with a clean and complete, original MTH window box. The box shows some wear on the box corners, the end flaps and the front, back, top and bottom box panels, and there is some creasing at the top, upper left corner of the front box panel, but otherwise it is a good, whole box. This attractive and unique Southern Pacific Bay Window Caboose would look just great at the end of a MTH freight train, and it would be a most welcome addition to any collection or operating railroad!
