Description: Please read the description carefully. For sale is a good used 1970-1974 Muncie M20 4-speed transmission that was purchased from a barn find estate sale. From what I was told this has been in the estate for over 40 years. The date code is P0B27A (Muncie February 27, 1970, M20). The main case is the 1” shaft #3925661, tail housing #3857584, & shift cover housing #3884685. This has a 10-spline two-groove input shaft with #3915020 front bearing retainer. Passenger side speedometer. All synchro’s look good, all the gears look good, and everything spins & shifts good with no issues, but because I don’t know the complete history, I would have this checked out by a transmission specialist before installing it. All bellhousing mounting ears are good. The downfall is it looks like the reverse shift fork housing has a couple minor spyder web cracks that may or may not need to be repaired and one shifter mounting stud boss is brock off (please see pictures). I tried to list everything about this transmission but please ask any/all questions before buying.
