It still can be used, but you need to be aware of the defect. I have added additional papers from what I own to try to match, as close as possible, to the colors of the original paper. In addition to the paper, the kit has the three original, unopened, Ken Oliver Color Burst micro fine powders in Blueberry, Field Day and Grape Jelly. The stamp set in the kit is are key words with additional phrases. There are coordinating dies for the key words. There’s also a die set that can be used for the background or use the cutout stars individually. It also has a frame die with it that is 3 1/4 x 3 3/4 inches with curved corners on two sides.
