The book has been inscribed by Strickin who the long time piano player for Wills on the half title page. I can' read a third inscription on the full title page. The part that I can make out reads " to: CM Hooper, gosh I'll never forget the great meals I ate w/you & Pat...Best....question mark. Hardcover published in 1976 by The Naylor Company. Jacket has modest wear at the corners and both ends of the spine with a 1/2 inch closed tear on back panel of jacket. Book itself is in very good to near fine condition. Postage is $4.00 media mail and $1.00 more for each added item.
