They got sued, hence, the PA-5II & PA-7II. The original series sound much better, they are amazing sounding amps. They are 100% Pass design! This amp, while not perfect, is quite clean, and functions perfectly. A lot of music for the money. They run warm. These are know for clarity and a sweet sound.
