Description: Little Red Riding Hood #116 from the Mother Goose Series. 5.5” sleepy eye plastic doll. Her eyes open and close properly. Her arms move but her legs do not and her head does not turn. She wears a dress with a red ribbon bodice and a red dotted Swiss cotton skirt. There are two rows of white lace on the skirt. Dress is crisp and I see no holes, tears or stains. She has long red taffeta bloomers with white lace trim near the hem. Bloomers are crisp and clean. Her red felt cape is in very good condition. Small gold snap in back. Her red felt bonnet is tied with red ribbon and is in very good condition. Her dark brown hair retains its original set. She has her correctly labeled box and her wrist tag. There is a paper brochure in the box. Box and lid may have typical foxing and discoloration due to age. There is some damage to the lower edge of the silver label. There is an old price sticker from Schuster’s Milwaukee which shows the original price of $1.60. There are a few marks inside the box. The wristband on her tag is torn so it no longer forms a loop. Stored in a nonsmoking and pet free home I have additional Nancy Ann Storybook dolls and other items in separate listings, and I am always happy to combine shipping.
